This commercial hurts my heart a little bit. I can’t help but feel sorry for this poor man. Can you imagine always seeing disappointment in someone’s eyes when they first see you?  And yes, I know that this is just a commercial and that this man is an actor. Still. I kind of want to give the character a hug.
